Thank you for sharing this and I am certainly going to check the different links you provided.  Just let me say this before I do, I may not like all the extra pounds I have, see and feel, nor do I always like the look of a blemish...whether it's a pimple, sore, bad toenail, etc....but I don't have a reason to hate my body.  After all, in the 50-plus years that I have been alive, my body has functioned pretty darn good (I've only spent one week in a hospital in my entire life, not counting the time of my birth, and have had no surgeries or "procedures") and my body has taken me to some real neat places and has placed me in some interesting situations.  It is aware of my thoughts and feelings, it includes a brain that is always curious and thinking, and it is a big part of the whole of who I am.

Being comfortable in one's skin, sends a message to people. And they feel comfortable around that person and don't notice body stuff.

It's also THE most sexy thing in a man. And a sense of humor....
