I liked The Six Principles of Green Living page/information.  It all makes so much sense!  People buying things to get more "green" can be defeating the whole purpose...and, once again, there are people who are cashing in on the "business" of going green.  I may not be the "greenest" person going, but a little common sense is all that is needed sometimes.

Looking back to how mom kept her household. Very few chemicals, one product did many things, elbow grease and Ivory, flax soap for floors. Wet mop to clean carpets, and I only threw out the trash every 3-4 days, into a small concrete garbage thing in the back yard. Now look how much we have daily to THROW away???? And how many products we have under our sinks to  clean things with!
